Widgets are essential to making your Notion work best for you, so I've rounded up some of the best websites that offer dozens of free Notion widgets.
1. Indify is one of the most widely used websites for Notion widgets. It has 9 widgets, my personal favourites being the various clock designs and the image carousel.
2. Apption has heaps Notion widgets, many of which are embedded integrations from apps like Pinterest and Twitter.
3. aaronwb.com has several crypto and bitcoin widgets, as well as a newsfeed and simple date widget.
4. Inkle.xyz has 9 widgets, and if you know how to code, you can also make your own. The Random Image widget is my favourite one on this website.
5.Notion Widgets has only two widgets: a countdown timer and a world clock. It's worth checking out if you don't like how the ones on other websites look like.
7. Shorouk's Blog features a bunch of aesthetic Notion widgets to power up your pages, including retro-style Pomodoro widgets.
8. WeatherWidget.io is popular as it allows you to customise the appearance of the widget and use themes. It gives you the HTML code which you can turn into a URL using htmlsave.com to then embed into your Notion.
9. Kairo has some adorable, customisable widgets that have a variety of uses.
10. Gridfiti (affiliate link) has a number of aesthetic widgets including Pomodoro timers with heaps of themes, a flip clock and an aura clock.
11. blocs.me currently has only one Pomerado widget, but they seem to be developing some other nice and unique widgets.
12. notion-quotes.vercel.app has one widget that gives you a new quote every time you open Notion.
13. notionliveicons.website doesn't have widgets, but it has a free weather icon that changes depending on the weather. That means instead of putting an emoji or gif as a icon on your page, this icon will update itself to represent the current weather.
14. booked.net has a bunch of customisable clock widgets. In case there wasn't enough clocks in this list.
15. anthonytedja.github.io has eight adorable widgets. I can't get over how cute the cat one is!
16. maylie.org is where you can find a calendar icon or widget that shows the date in your area, updated live. Simply click copy this link and paste it as an embed block or icon:
maylie.org/calendar. Here is an alternative design: linmi.cc/calendar2
18. There a couple of websites where you can make charts to embed into your Notion pages.
The ones below were made with nochart.com from a Notion database.
19.Potion Widgets has four widgets, plus a bunch that are hosted on different websites.
That brings me to the end of this list. It's also possible to embed some websites into your Notion page like a widget, so you can use the website inside Notion.
Here are some websites you can embed:
I created a Notion database with all these Notion widgets and tools, plus some more I've found, so I can update it easily as I find new websites. You can duplicate it for free here! Related links:

To see my other website list posts: hafsascreativecorner.weebly.com/technology/category/lists I'll admit it- I'm not a particularly organised person. Before lockdown, I barely used my planner, and when I did, I usually didn't refer to it afterwards. But after seven months of online school, I've stepped things up. Here is my super simple and synced organisational system that you can use to boost your productivity and plan your day, week or month. Google Calendar Maybe I'm late to the game, but I'd never fully utilised the practicality of Google Calendar. It became particularly useful when it came to my online classes- I added the times of each my classes so I could easily see how much time before my next class and add notifications. I added a separate calendar for school events and you can also add what week of the term/semester it is as events. You can colour-code events, so you can easily label them by subject. The school days seems to blend into the rest of the day during online learning, so Google Calendar was super helpful in structuring my day. Click here for my post on how to add your timetable to Google Calendar and how to gt the Chrome extention: hafsascreativecorner.weebly.com/blog/how-to-add-your-timetable-to-google-calender. Google Tasks Google Tasks is basically a simple to-do list (which is a good thing), but with a more perks than your regular reminders app. You can add dates to your tasks, which will then automatically appear on your calendar. Your tasks can be recurring, too. You can add tasks to different lists (like Personal and School). Google Tasks can be opened within Google Calendar and Gmail on PC. To open it as a standalone app, download this Chrome extension. To use it on a phone or tablet, you have to download a separate app. However, your existing scheduled tasks will show up on the Google Calendar app. Google Keep I use this less than the other two apps, but it's still useful for writing short notes. You can add images and drawings, change the colour, add labels and collaborators, pin, and archive your notes. You can also add a mini checklist to your notes. It is possible to make your notes into reminders by adding a time, which will then show up on your calendar. However, they are only shown on PC and not the Google Calendar app, so you'd have to download the separate Google Keep app. So, if you are going to add a time to your note, I recommend putting it on Google Tasks instead. Download the Google Keep Chrome extension here. One of the main useful aspect about these apps are they sync on all devices and they are clear and easy to use. This is by no mean only for online school, and I will probably continue this system into the future. What do you think of these apps? Let me know if you plan to use them, and what system you already find useful. Thanks for reading and bye :)
