Beacons offers a Pro plan that gives you like custom domains, removed Beacons’ branding, custom meta SEO, Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, and more. Here is my site. I stuck to minimal colour palette to match my blog, and I'll admit, my website looks a bit boring. But it is effective in leading people to visit particular pages on my site, and I love how easy it is to collect emails. The email form is connected to my Mailchimp account so any emails that I get are automatically added to my mailing list. If you are a content creator, you want to monetise, or just want to make a pretty site to share you links, Beacons.ai is the best site to do it. I think the website looks more dynamic and modern than Linktree and has the advantage of being able to embed all sorts of content. Make a website like mine (or better)! If you have a TikTok, Instagram, or Twitter account, it takes 30 seconds to set up. And it comes with a ton of free features for customisation and monetisation. Twitter | Instagram | Pinterest I watched a video a while back that said if you want to buy a clothing, instead of buying it immediately, add it to a list. This way, you can take the time to think about whether you really need too add that piece to your wardrobe. I figured this applies to most thing I buy, so I made this free Notion template to make more conscious decisions of the things I buy. This online shopping list is designed for you to collet the things you want to buy online and see them in a list to stop impulse buys and for you to “sit on it” and decide if you really want that thing. It's also great to compare products and see which one you like the best. How to use: Download the Notion Web Clipper. When you find what you want to add, click the extension and click add to Shopping list database. Come back to Notion and drag the link you add in the database from no tag to undecided. Open the page and add the price of the product. Alternatively, you can add the product to the database manually by tapping the + New. I've been putting a lot of time into growing my Instagram account, @hafsascreativecorner, for the past few months. My recent posts are marked by bright, saturated colours and I take and edit my pictures on an iPhone. Here's how I edit them. The main app I use to edit my pictures is Polarr. For my earlier posts, I used the filter A3. With Polarr, you can get filters from other creators, which you can find on Instagram and Pinterest by searching "[keyword] Polarr filter/style." Once you download the code, click on Import filter in the app and upload the code to use the filter. I uploaded and used some "indie" filters for my recent posts. You can use masks to one edit or filter selected parts of the image. Since you can use unique filters from other creators, Polarr is great for making edits and aesthetic images too. Another app I use is Foodie, which is a camera and filter app. As the name suggests, it's made for food photography, but the bright filters are good for portraits, landscapes and other photos. I use it to brighten up images without changing the original look too much. There's no particular filter I use, just whatever suits the image. For some photos, I just use the in-built Apple editing tools by increasing the saturation, vibrance and brightness and slightly reducing the contrast. Lastly, my best photos are taken when there is natural lighting, and these images don't require a lot of editing. You can get a similar natural light effect by adding a light flare on Picsart and reducing its opacity.
