I've collected some of the best Islamic Notion templates you can use to motivate yourself and organise. Most of these templates focus on Ramadan, but you can adapt them to use them all year round. You might want to add your favourite pages from these templates to create the best system for you.
1. Ramadan Planner by Sahil Vhora
This extremely comprehensive template includes du'as, a daily planner, Ramadan reflection, 30-deeds challenge, Qur'an log, library and so much more, all for free. It has a clean design, and many pre-made templates inside to enhance your Ramadan.
2. Ramadan 2022 By Hafsah's Archives
This simple template (in the description box of the video above) has monthly and daily goals to plan your week, as well as a habit tracker. Watch her video to see how she is preparing and setting up this template for Ramadan!
3. RamadanOS by thinkbites
This template includes many hadiths through the templates included, such as a du'a list, habit tracker and meal planner.
4. Ramadhan tracker template by @heyitsnf
This beautifully-designed template minimises distractions with its simple, straightforward design. It packs a lot of functionality into one page and includes countdown, i'badah and Quran tracker and daily routine.
5. Muslim Life OS from hafsahi.gumroad.com
I created this dynamic Islamic Notion template that features a daily routine, prayer times, Islamic dates, Quran audio that you can listen to right from the template, a Du'a & Tasbih page, goals page, Ramadan tracker, and more.
6. simple Ramadan Template BY @hnuruljannah
This minimalistic template includes and daily checklist, to-do list, Quran tracker, goals and a watch/read list so you can plan what Islamic content to consume.
7. Quran Study Dashboard By @imargorsi
This well thought-out template helps you organize your Quran study & research sessions. It consists of five data bases: Topics & Events, Quran Notes, Reading Tracker, People Mentioned In Quran and Chapters & Surah. You can also 'favourite' pages for easy access.
8. Ramadan Log by Hafsa's Creative Corner
I made this Notion template specifically for Ramadan 2023, which includes the Islamic and Gregorian dates. You can track your prayers, fasts, pages of Quran you've read, events, and set daily goals, reflect on your day and plan meals.
9. Ramadan Planner by NurishYourSoul

Islam Template by u/Kaguya-strawberry
Includes a prayer log, links to hadith books, a Quran tracker, a book and video tracker, a progress board, a du'a library, the six kailmahs, and more. It's extremely comprehensive and well-made, definitely worth checking out.
