On my blog, I like to use images to make my posts more... interesting. Sometimes I photograph them myself and other times I get them from a website. Of course, I can't just get any image off the internet, I need to use images that I'm allowed to copy, modify and use. Some images require you to give the owner credit, but I usually use the ones that don't. Here, in no particular order, are some of the websites I use to get free, professional, high quality images for my blog. When downloading your template, go with the default options; choosing the 'Characters as background' option may affect the way you write your characters. After you've uploaded your template to the website, click on 'Build Font', enter your font name. To download your font, click on one of the font files at the top. Once the font has been downloaded, open it and click on 'Install' in the top-left corner. You can now use your font in MS Word, MS Powerpoint, Photoshop or another external program |
